Mental Health Awareness Program held at Bishwo Niketal Secondary School
We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Mental Health Awareness Program held at Bishwo Niketal Secondary School, where 165 students were in attendance. This program aimed to address the pressures faced by school students and provide them with essential stress management techniques.
During the program, we had insightful discussions and activities centered around mental health awareness. One of the student bravely spoke about how the stigma around mental health continues to persist in our society. This highlights the urgent need for open conversations and understanding about mental health within our community.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the principal of Bishwo Niketan Secondary School for recognizing the importance of mental health and actively supporting this program for the well-being of the students. Their concern and dedication have made a significant impact on the students' lives.
By fostering an environment that encourages dialogue and support, we can work together to break down barriers and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Together, we can create a community that prioritizes mental well-being and provides the necessary resources for those in need.
Let's continue the conversation and ensure that mental health remains a prominent topic within our school and society. Remember, it's okay not to be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength.
